Mr. Haukola graduated from the Helsinki University of Technology in 2007. His master’s thesis was about group learning at the front end of innovation and he is currently preparing his doctoral dissertation that focuses on the collaborative knowledge construction in distributed teams. In addition to organizational studies and applied cognitive sciences, his interests include social psychology, badminton and electronic gadgets.
